Credentials vs Spam

Since i receive daily a lot emails with almost the same content, i decided to write this here, in the hope that somebody reads this first before he considers to contact us directly.
Our credential eMails are created and send automated, after receiving the payment. This also works similar for all of those emails sent in order to upgrade older accounts.
As a matter of fact, all of these mails have similar content, and this is why a lot email provider (like gmail, gmx, hotmail etc.) declare our mails as unwanted Spam. Anyway there is no provider deleting these emails in order to prohibit the user to read the content. If you wait for your credentials, please try to check the spam/bulk/whatever folder of your email provider first before contacting us. This saves you and us time and nerves!
