DVBViewer 3.9.1 Update

The development progress of the DVBViewer is continuous, even if it is not manifested in the news. The reason for this is the fact that we invest more into development than on writing prosaic *insert your favourite marketingphrase here* news.

The current version available since a few days, has a couple of features worth mentioning. First of all we implemented AAC LATM - which will probably please our norwegian customers. Apart from a lot of overall finetuning it is now also possible to deal with H264 compressed channels within the PiP-Mode. Last but not least we improved the Shoutcast-receiption and added two new DVB-T devices to our compatibility list (Terratec XE bzw. XE MKII).
